The staff were always pleasant. we found the restaurant mediocre and expensive for what you get. The room was VERY basic. The rooms are cleaned and clean towels are issued daily. There was no safe for our valuables. There are merely holes in the bathroom walls for ventilation instead of an extraction fan or similar. We had to burn mosquito coils in there each night to kill off the bugs and the smell. The air con was fine, not too much noise. I felt it was overpriced for the quality. The pool was clean but full of kids every day. The resort needs a makeover. Probably wouldn t stay here again as I now know there are cheaper places for better quality.
