The fan room is unwise, see avoided. Unsafe, dirty, almost derelict at the bottom of the property next to garbage left by I do not know who. Basically the picture only shows the beautiful of the hotel.In addition to everything else, the pipes are in plain view, such as septic tanks unconcealed.The staff is nice and pleasant but what they are slow and many to do nothing, bad mood. After one week on site, they still have not noticed the smoking guests and ashtrays never at the table ... is an example that speaks volumes.Furthermore the hotel is located away, although for those who want total peace (and when I say total, total) but for those who want a little excitement there is absolutely nothing to do. The best beach on Koh Lanta with longground beach and nice smooth sand. The Hotel bungalow was ok. The fan was to loud and the bathrooms were old. The hotel staff were friendly and the food was great and cheap. The breakfast buffe was dissapointing, not alot to choose from and the toast and pancakes were often cold. The internet never worked. Though, if you can choose, book bungalows starting with number 401,402,403, and 404. They are much better than bungalow 606, for example. Staff was very helpfull and friendly. Traveling and tourism service is much cheaper in a hotel, than on the pier or in the city.The only tip i can suggest: if you want your floor to be cleaned, you need to tell it on reception.I would recomend it for family travelers with kids or for those who are looking for some quite and relaxing place, as there are no big partys around.
